The Freshman Representative position helps connect first-year SHPE members with the E-board and chapter leadership, keeping them informed and engaged so they stick with the organization and eventually step into leadership roles themselves. Freshman Reps assist the board with events that build community and draw first-year students deeper into the SHPE FAMILIA.
Incoming freshman candidates will be eligible for this position at the beginning of the Fall semester.
